Mike Gallegos

Mike Gallegos died April 29. He was 70.

Gallegos was born in French Camp, California to his parents Jose E. Gallegos and Esther L. Martinez. He attended East Union High School and Delta College and was employed by Loomis Armored Car, and retired from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in 2007

He was active in the American Indian Group while at LLNL and was a volunteer at the Lathrop Senior Center and Neighborhood Watch Program.

He is survived by his wife Donna Pezo, son Bruce (Mychelle), daughter Kristin (Scott) Fore, grandchildren Caitlyn (Tyler) Ponce, Brennan and McKennan Fore, Torrey and Morgandy Gallegos, and Michael Edwards and Orion Terrazaz, and great grandson Sebastian Ponce along with siblings Alfred, Linda (Rudy) Alvarado, Lorraine Griffith and Antionette (Doug) Jones with numerous neices and nephews.

Viewing will be held at Parkview Cemetery on May 12 at 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on May 13 at 11:00 a.m. at Parkview Cemetery and Funeral Home located at 3661 E. French Camp Road, Manteca, 95336.
