The Discovery Center at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) offers both in-person and virtual visitors an exciting glimpse into our science and technology. Our exhibits are designed to inspire the next generation of researchers by showcasing new innovations and the impactful work conducted at the Lab. We look forward to welcoming you to the Discovery Center!
Visiting the Discovery Center
The Discovery Center is located in the Livermore Valley Open Campus, at the intersection of East Gate Drive and Greenville Road.
Hours of Operation
- Open: Monday to Friday, noon to 4 p.m.
- Closed: Major holidays
Visitor Information
To ensure a smooth visit, please note the following check-in requirements:
- U.S. citizens (18 years or older): Please bring a government-issued photo ID.
- Foreign nationals (18 years or older): Please bring a passport or a legal permanent residence card.
If you have a group of 10 or more, please contact us.
