Philip Anderson
Lab retiree Philip Anderson of Brentwood, Calif., died Oct. 15. He was 82.
Anderson was the son of Stacy Philip Anderson and Allie (Walls) Anderson.
He retired from the Laboratory after 40 years.
He was a longtime resident of Fremont before moving to Summerset in Brentwood.
Anderson is survived by his wife of 64 years, Rosemary Anderson; his daughters, Kathleen, Suzanne, Sharon, Cynthia and Laura; his grandchildren, Erin, Joe, Tim, Alicia, Trisha, Katie, Ashley, Leanne and Kelley as well as his 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Brentwood on Oct. 26 at 10:30 a.m.
A luncheon in his honor will be held at the Lone Tree Golf and Event Center in Antioch.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
