Henry Freynik
Henry Stanley Freynik, Jr. died in April 2012.
Born Nov. 16, 1937, in Riverside, N.J. to Laura Mary (Guzik) and Henry Stanley Freynik, Sr., he received his master's degree from MIT and worked as an engineer for what was the Lawrence Radiation Laboratory, now LLNL.
He married Charlene Herrick on Aug. 24, 1974, and the couple enjoyed 38 years of marriage. Henry and Charlene moved to White Salmon in 1987.
Freynik loved backpacking, the outdoors and nature in general.
Services were held April 6, 2012.
