Albert Marks ‘Buzz’ Tullis

Albert Marks “Buzz” Tullis died at his home in Aptos, Calif., after a brave battle with cancer. He was 87.

Tullis served his country during World War II. He worked at LLNL as an electrical engineer for 27 years.

He had a love of gardening, especially roses; he helped build the Livermore Rose Garden.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou, his daughter Kathy, and his parents, Albert and Gertrude.

He is survived by sons Joseph, Andrew and John; four grandsons and two great-grandchildren.

Per his request, no services were held.
