Statement by Michael Anastasio on John Browne Resignation

"I have greatly enjoyed working with John Browne. We have worked successfully on our mutual national security programs. I have appreciated his leadership in ensuring an excellent relationship between our two labs - Livermore and Los Alamos," said Michael Anastasio, LLNL director. "John believed that this collaboration was important and the nation has benefited from it. His accomplishments - both as a scientist and as director - have been significant and I wish him all the best. I look forward to developing the same positive relationship with Pete Nanos, LANL's new interim director."

Michael Anastasio
Director
