Media Advisory: Laboratory showcases 'Art of Science' at the Livermore Library

art (Download Image) Lawrence Livermore’s scientific research is on display at the Livermore Library this February.

WHO:  With the City of Livermore proclaiming February as Science and Engineering month, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory  joins in the celebration by showcasing scientific research with a unique monthlong exhibit titled, "The Art of Science," at the Livermore Public Library.

WHAT: The exhibit features a gallery of 13 LLNL science-themed images that are intriguing enough visually to be displayed as art.

WHEN: The exhibit will be available for viewing during the month of February. Library Civic Center hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

WHERE: The Livermore Public Library, located at 1188 S. Livermore Ave., Livermore.
