June issue of Science & Technology Review now available

The June 2013 issue of Science & Technology Review   is now online . This issue's feature story "Scaling Up Energy Innovation through Advanced Computing" reports on a pilot program that pairs energy companies with Laboratory researchers and resources to demonstrate the benefits of supercomputing. A highlight describes how Livermore has met the challenge of maintaining its certification as a laboratory for the Chemical Weapons Convention. Another highlight reports on the Laboratory's first ShipIt event, a friendly competition among computation employees to develop, test, and present new software.
