The Laboratory has been recognized as one of the Top 25 engineering and technology companies in 2010 by the Black Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE) Journal.

The EOE Journal is America's leading African-American business and career magazine. The publication serves as a resource to African-Americans seeking employment and business opportunities within corporate America and strives to connect, educate and promote equal opportunity.

The journal annually reviews and evaluates the nation's employers in such areas as diversity plans and policies, minority recruitment, hiring, retention and advancement opportunities. Lawrence Livermore was recently selected as one of the top 25 engineering and technology companies in 2010 along with companies such as General Electric Engineering, Microsoft Corporation, Lockheed Martin Corporation and Raytheon Company.
