401K
It's never too early to start saving for retirement. We offer a full employer matching contribution up to 6% for all employees. On top of that, we offer an automatic employer contribution starting at 3.5% that increases based on years of service.

Paid Leave
We provide paid vacation, sick, family, and holiday leave for all full-time employees. You can accrue 15 vacation days and roughly 96 hours of sick leave per year, with up to 12 paid holidays, too.

Flexible Spending Account
A flexible spending account (FSA) is a great way to pay for recurring medical expenses and save a little money come tax season. Pay on a pretax, salary-reduction basis for eligible dependent care or healthcare expenses not covered by your medical, dental, or vision plans.

We offer optional supplemental disability insurance, which pays a higher amount for a longer period compared to state disability insurance.

The Livermore Laboratory Employee Services Association (LLESA) is a wonderful on-site resource. They provide a variety of services and activities, including exercise classes, seasonal farmers' markets, health education activities, blood drives, and more.
