Please note: Employees approaching maximum vacation hours are not guaranteed all donated hours will be used prior to the next accrual period, so they may not receive the next vacation accrual. As an example, a recipient may need 240 hours and receive 120 hours in the first week. If an employee donates hours the next week, they will not be used until after the 120 hours have been processed.
