Sick/Vacation Leave Advance

Effective immediately, employees can use the Self-Service module in LAPIS to request a sick or vacation leave advance. As a general reminder, employees should discuss vacation requests with their supervisor prior to submitting it in LAPIS. Sick leave advances may be requested from 8 to 80 hours, while vacation advances can be requested from 1 to 80 hours.

Dependent Eligibility Audit

The DOE/NNSA is requiring all contractors to verify dependent eligibility for health and welfare plans (i.e., medical, dental, vision). A random sampling of employees will periodically receive a letter advising them that they have been selected for audit of dependent eligibility for the medical, dental, vision and legal plans.
