Londa May of Livermore, died Feb. 12 after a struggle with cancer. She was 57. Born August 3, 1950 in Portland, Ore., she lived in Northern and Southern California, and in Oahu, Hawaii, but considered Livermore her home.
May worked at the Lab as an administrative specialist in Security from 1987 to 1992. More recently, she had worked at the National Ignition Facility.
She is survived by two daughters, Glenda May and Brenda May, both of Livermore; and two granddaughters.
Services will be held at Callaghan's Mortuary in Livermore on Monday, Feb. 18, at noon.
