Jason Lee Umbarger

Jason Lee Umbarger died Oct. 9, 2024. He was 43.

Umbarger was born on Sept. 10, 1981. He was a graduate of Granada High School, class of 2000 and attended Laney Jr. College.

He dedicated his career to technical expertise, working as an HVAC technician at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory for several years and then establishing his own company, Controlled Air, LLC.

He leaves behind a loving family; his triplets Monroe, Brax and Brody; parents, Don and Deana Umbarger; brother,Don Jr.; girlfriend, Ashlee DeOcampo; grandmother, Sue Umbarger; aunt ,Beverly and uncle Ron Simmons; nephews, Joshua and James Umbarger, in addition to many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held in Dec. 7, at 10 a.m. at Celebration Church, 1135 Bluebell Drive, Livermore, 94551. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the GoFundMe for “Jason Umbarger’s Triplets,” supporting his children’s future endeavors.
