Gaylor Grace (DeBalto) Maestas

Gaylor Grace (DeBalto) Maestas died June 3, 2024. She was 86.

Maestas was born on Sept. 29, 1937 in Seattle, Washington. Daughter of Charles and Florence (Rigdon) DeBalto, she grew up in Hayward, California and graduated from Hayward High School in 1955. She spent 30 years working at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in administrative and secretarial positions.

She was predeceased by her parents and her husband Frank Maestas and is survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at Cattlemen’s Restaurant in Livermore on Thurs., Sept. 26, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. A light lunch will be provided.
