Lab engineers, local high school students to engage in live video chat via Google Hangout

To celebrate National Engineers Week and the City of Livermore declaring February as Science and Engineering Month, three Lab engineers will take part in a live Google Hangout with local high school students on Tuesday.

Engineers Julie Jackson, Monica Moya and Vanessa Tolosa will speak to students at Livermore and Granada high schools about their work in 3D printing, biotechnology and neural technology, respectively, as well as take questions from students and the general public beginning at 10:45 a.m. The event is expected to last about an hour.

Members of the public can tune in by clicking here and also can ask questions through Google+ or by using the #IAmAnEngineer hashtag on Twitter.
